Carlson Law Investigating Former UBS Broker Michael Lipschutz

Carlson Law is investigating former Rochester, New York, UBS Broker Michael Lipschutz. We have been retained by a former client of Lipschutz who lost nearly her entire account value after Lipschutz had her transfer it to TradeStation from UBS and engaged in high-risk trading.

Lipschutz was employed by UBS from 2012 through March 31, 2022. Upon information and belief, before his “retirement” from UBS, he had customers move their accounts to TradeStation and then proceeded to lose money trading.

Firms such as UBS have a duty to supervise their financial advisors. Among other things, Carlson Law is investigating whether UBS failed to supervise the activities of Lupschutz and whether UBS missed or ignored red flags relating to clients moving their accounts to TradeStation to be traded outside of UBS.

Carlson Law represents investors throughout the United States in claims against financial advisors and investment firms. If you or a loved one have suffered investment losses with Michael Lipschutz, please call us at 888-976-6111 or complete our contact form for a free and confidential consultation.
