Chase Naccarato: $167K Complaint Against CUSO, STCU Advisor

Spokane, Washington financial advisor Chase Naccarato (CRD# 6859373) allegedly recommended an unsuitable investment, according to a recent, six-figure investor complaint. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker and an investment advisor with CUSO Financial Services, and that he is a representative of Spokane Teachers Credit Union.

Mr. Naccarato’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in January 2025, it alleges that as a representative of CUSO Financial Services, he recommended an unsuitable mutual fund investment in the customer’s advisory account. The pending complaint alleges damages of $167,000.

A statement included with the complaint’s disclosure defends Mr. Naccarato against the allegations. “The Firm and Representative deny the allegation of an unsuitable recommendation,” it states. “Client was invested in an advisory account that was aligned with her financial profile and investment objectives. Allegations of financial exploitation perpetrated by a POA are under investigation by the Firm.”

The website for Spokane Teachers Credit Union, which offers non-deposit services through CUSO Financial, includes a profile of Mr. Naccarato that describes his experience and services. “Everyone has different financial goals, needs, and circumstances,” it explains. “Chase knows this and works with members to find the investment plan that is right for them, based on a detailed analysis of their needs and goals. He also serves as a resource, available to answer members’ general inquiries as well as questions about investment products and services.”

According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Chase Naccarato holds six years of securities industry experience. Based in Spokane, Washington, he has been registered as a broker and an investment advisor with CUSO Financial Services since 2018 and 2019, respectively. He was previously registered with Vanguard Marketing Corporation in Scottsdale, Arizona from 2017 until 2018. His credentials include the passage of four securities industry qualifying exams: the Uniform Combined State Law Examination, or Series 66; the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, or Series 63; the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; and the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7. He is licensed in Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Maryland, Oregon, and Washington. (Information current as of March 11, 2025.)
