Coral Gables, Florida financial advisor Gregg Gelber (CRD# 4332564) recently received an investor complaint alleging that his advice resulted in seven-figure damages. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records show that he is registered as a broker and an investment advisor with Morgan Stanley, having previously been registered with Oppenheimer & Company.
Mr. Gelber’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in July 2024, it alleges that as a representative of Morgan Stanley, he recommended unsuitable annuity products, misrepresented and omitted material information, over-concentrated investments, and failed to uphold his supervisory responsibilities. The pending complaint alleges damages of $1 million.

His past registrations include Oppenheimer & Company, Stanford Group Company, FSC Securities, First Union Securities Financial Network, and Cadaret Grant & Company. His credentials include the passage of three securities industry qualifying exams: the General Securities Representative Examination, or Series 7; the Securities Industry Essentials Examination, or SIE; and the Uniform Combined State Law Examination, or Series 66.
