A pending investor complaint against Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey financial advisor Jason Pintus (CRD# 5239408) alleges that he breached his fiduciary duty and churned investments in a customer’s account. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority records indicate that he is a broker and an investment advisor with Monmouth Capital Management.
Mr. Pintus’s BrokerCheck report discloses one investor complaint. Filed in October 2022, it alleges that as a representative of Monmouth Capital Management, he recommended unsuitable investments in over-the-counter and listed equities, churned investments, breached his fiduciary duty, engaged in negligence, breached contract, and misrepresented and omitted material facts regarding the investments he recommended. The pending complaint alleges damages of $105,055.67.
